The following courses are offered by Jay Bee Consulting.

Any request for information is followed up with a one-hour meeting (free of charge) to present the training offer (objectives, pedagogy, etc.) and, if conclusive, establish an offer in line with the needs expressed.

The training solutions are available from the catalogue or can be tailor-made.

Courses are designed for groups of between 6 and 12 participants.

Effective Feedback

This hands on training will provide participants with the key elements to providing feedback whilst building or maintaining healthy constructive business relationships. This is an important communication tool that, delivered in the correct way, can drive motivation, engagement and performance as well as nurture positive, trustworthy relations.

Interpersonal Communication

Because a major key to success is the ability to communicate effectively and building healthy relations with peers, colleagues and stakeholder parties. Interpersonal communication is an indisputable competence and skill in developing our savoir être and savoir faire.

Team efficiency

Results are the output of a team working towards a common goal. The effectiveness and efficiency of the team reaching that goal depends on its members. Over and above the expertise that each member brings to the team, it’s their capacity to work together that will accelerate, make or hinder them reaching their targets. Awareness of team dynamics and understanding how one functions helps to better understand others, too. The diversity, difference and complementarity between members is the power of the team.

Emotional Intelligence

Emotions are at the heart of everything we are and do. Awareness of our emotions and how they effect our relationships, decision-making, stress management is the start of a self discovery journey. Understanding our emotions better helps us better understand the emotions of others. How we function, the emotions involved and understanding the tipping points helps us identify actions that will positively develop our savoir être, strengthen relationships and team work.

Change management

Manoeuvring through change is one of the biggest business challenges today. Tackling the impact on business performance and the impact on human performance is a balance to find. People will make the change happen, so knowing how to manage change at a personal and team level is fundamental for it to transition and take place. Understanding the natural flow of adapting to change, human needs, the elements and importance of trustworthy relationships with peers are all essential to embracing any change with serenity.
